Have Confidence When Buying Pens Online

The obvious concern about buying pens online is whether they will actually work properly. Many of us have had the experience of being given a promotional pen, only to find the ink doesn’t work properly or the clip falls off, or there is some other fault with the pen. One thing we can assure you of is if for some reason this happens with one of our pens you purchase online we will replace or refund immediately. We have a great samples policy that lets you view pens for free, so take his offer up before you buy so you are happy with quality. We have been selling printed pens for many years so we have been able to weed out the shoddy suppliers and only deal with quality suppliers or direct with manufacturers.

The most common issue is drying ink. Most promotional pens have a life span of about 3 years from manufacture. Sometimes they may pass through several hands before being sold. One supplier may originally purchase them, hold the pens for a year and then find they are a slow seller, so they on-sell them to somebody else. If they then hold these pens for another year, you can see how you can end up with drying ink. We try to ensure all our pens are rotated to ensure no old stock is stuck behind, but sometimes this does still happen, though not intentionally. If you are going to buy pens online and not from us, just check what their return policy is and also if they will send samples out for you. If they don’t do this then all we can say is “Buyer Beware”!
